Kelly tarrabain

President

Kelly started his career in real estate in the residential field in 2002. After one year on the job he decided to go into the commercial field and has since been active in all aspects of Retail, Office and Industrial sales and leasing. Kelly has experience with the purchase and sale of Owner Used Properties, Property Selection, Lease Negotiations, Lease Renewals and Land Acquisition/Disposition. Kelly has also been involved in the Project Management and Property Management of various Commercial and Residential projects, which lead him to move ahead with the acquisition of TRC Realty Management Inc. Kelly’s vision is to create a stress-free experience for every investor, with innovation and efficiency and quality service unmatched. 

Kelly’s professional involvement in the Edmonton business community has been extensive over the past decade and he continues to be involved in community events.

Kelly has sat on various community boards as President, Secretary and Treasurer, and as a member of the Islamic Academy fundraising committee, which raised $10 million in 4 years from local donors. Kelly has played and coached soccer and hockey, and loves to take off to Vegas whenever he gets a chance. Kelly speaks Portuguese and Arabic fluently, and lived in Brazil for 6 years in his teen years. Kelly has always enjoyed working with a variety of people from all walks of life and this business gives him the opportunity to do just that. Kelly provides his clients with complete loyalty and confidentiality.

Having the right perspective and plenty of patience, are necessary traits for investing and managing in real estate. Success in real estate investments and property management requires the willingness to spend a lot of time and effort upfront in researching, developing the right relationships and identifying the right type of investment and management style, and that’s my promise to you.
