At TRC Management we have our own maintenance department and full time maintenance personal. Smaller carpentry repairs, drywall repairs, dripping taps, etc. are looked after in this department. Our office administrator works closely with the maintenance personal for scheduling and performing liaison with tenants and owners. Larger tasks which would require a journeyman technician are contracted out to one of our reliable contractors.
We will contact you (unless its an Emergency) on any maintenance issue that is over the amount of $600 to allow you time to budget for it.
